Clean signals. Better-informed conversion decisions.
Karposa connects consent-based browser and server events with conversion optimisation. We establish which purchases and enquiries may be measured, address technical double counting and develop testable improvements for stores and B2B journeys. Server-side tracking supplements browser measurement: it does not bypass refusal or capture every user.
Free Video Audit- Consent sets the boundary
- Separate store and B2B values
- Global and remote-first
More events do not mean better data
Adding another delivery route does not make a dashboard reliable. Clearly defined events, traceable permissions and agreed business values matter more. These foundations make conversion rate optimisation, or CRO, meaningfully measurable.
Carry consent through
Consent status must be respected in the browser and throughout server processing. Refusal and withdrawal belong in the test plan, not in a supposed measurement gap to be secretly closed.
Distinguish events
Product views, checkout, confirmed purchases and qualified enquiries need separate definitions. A submitted form is not automatically a suitable B2B prospect or a won contract.
Investigate specific friction
For stores, we examine compatibility, delivery information, total costs and checkout. For B2B, the priorities are clear technical questions and an explicit next action for sales.
Four stages to a testable conversion architecture
Scope and implementation depend on your approvals, available interfaces and data. Privacy requirements and technical feasibility are assessed for each project.
- 01
1. Define consent and events
We map purposes, consent states, data fields and owners. An event specification defines triggers, sources and destinations. Legal basis, data minimisation, retention and necessary data processing agreements are addressed before transmission.
Output: agreed consent and event specification. - 02
2. Connect web and server
Server-side GTM and Meta Conversions API may be suitable components. For the same browser and server event, we plan matching event names and event IDs according to the destination interface. Retries must not create an additional purchase.
Output: routing and deduplication plan with test cases. - 03
3. Align purchase and sales values
Orders, cancellations and returns are reconciled using agreed rules. For B2B, we distinguish enquiry, qualification and closed sale. Approved offline conversions can add these statuses; available identifiers and permissible matching require assessment.
Output: value definitions and documented reconciliation. - 04
4. Test CRO hypotheses
We prioritise specific barriers to purchase or enquiry. Every test has a primary metric, guardrail metrics and an evaluation rule. When data is insufficient, we state the uncertainty rather than prematurely declaring a winning variant.
Output: prioritised test plan with a decision log.
From an isolated pixel to an aligned system
An illustrative, conceptual before-and-after system comparison. Not a measured client result or a promise of a particular improvement.
| Area | Unaligned starting point | Proposed system logic |
|---|---|---|
| Consent | Tags and server destinations apply permissions inconsistently. | Purpose-specific permissions, refusal and withdrawal are tested. |
| Purchase counting | Browser, server and retries may report the same purchase repeatedly. | Shared event identifiers and controlled retries limit double counting. |
| Business value | Gross revenue or any enquiry is treated as an equivalent success. | Agreed net revenue and returns rules, plus separate CRM statuses, make value signals traceable. |
| CRO | Changes are judged by intuition or short-term fluctuations. | Hypotheses, guardrail metrics and data maturity guide decisions. |
What you can review technically
Three conceptual work and review modules with expected documents. These are not references, completed client projects or evidence of results.
Consent and routing review
The planned documentation covers permitted data routes and tests for acceptance, refusal and withdrawal, including technical responsibilities.
Deduplication and value review
Planned sample records explain duplicate transmission, retries, cancellations and returns, and how the destination system should handle them.
Conversion test design
A specific barrier is framed as a hypothesis with a target metric, guardrails and explicit limits on what the findings can establish.
Is this work right for your system?
Practical prerequisites matter, not artificial scarcity. We define a useful scope only after technical assessment.
A good fit if
- You operate a functioning store or an active B2B enquiry journey and want to address specific friction points.
- Technical and privacy owners can provide approvals and the necessary access.
- Your team can maintain order, return or CRM statuses and contribute to evaluating tests.
Not a fit if
- You want to bypass refused consent or identify every user.
- You expect guaranteed conversion gains or automatic proof of profit.
- Required interfaces, reliable values or internal owners are unavailable.
Tracking and CRO: the essential questions
Does server-side tracking replace consent or browser measurement?
No. It supplements browser measurement without changing applicable requirements. Refusals are not bypassed. Technical limitations, missing consent and restricted attribution remain; complete capture is not a realistic promise.
Are CAPI and offline conversions anonymous?
Not automatically. Even hashed identifiers can be personal or pseudonymised data. Hashing is not anonymisation. Legal basis, necessary consent, data fields, recipients and agreements must be assessed for the project.
What does POAS mean in this architecture?
We define POAS, Profit on Ad Spend, here as agreed contribution margin before advertising costs divided by ad spend. It starts with revenue excluding tax after discounts and returns, less cost of goods and agreed variable costs. Periods and attribution must align. This is a configurable analysis, not proof of accounting profit or automatic profit optimisation.
Which platforms can be connected?
Shopify, Shopware, JTL or a CRM such as HubSpot are possible integrations, not blanket compatibility commitments. APIs, plans, extensions, permissions and consent configuration are checked first. Depending on the system, a narrower scope may be more appropriate.
When can a CRO change be evaluated?
That depends on data volume, conversion frequency and test design. We also consider returns, enquiry quality and technical errors. A simple before-and-after comparison does not establish causation; with limited data, findings remain directional rather than conclusive.
Request your free personal video audit
URL and email are the only contact fields; qualification happens in the existing wizard. Within one business day, you receive a response with a personal video audit of the publicly reviewable website or store. No preliminary sales call, automated video generation or pressure to commit.
We assess internal accounts, CRM, margins, consent and tracking quality only with approval, the necessary data access and technical checks. Publicly visible indicators cannot replace an internal audit.
