From search clicks to a pipeline you can evaluate
A submitted form is not yet a suitable customer. Karposa connects Google Ads with structured enquiry journeys and clearly defined CRM statuses. For technical B2B businesses and demanding online stores, this creates a basis for decisions that combines search intent, enquiry quality and commercial value, rather than pursuing cheap clicks or high reported revenue alone.

Three perspectives on the same budget
When marketing counts form submissions while sales rejects unsuitable contacts, shared success criteria are missing. We first define which demand fits your offer and what information is available for a meaningful assessment.
Intent before reach
Specific product, part or application searches need different treatment from general research. Brand and non-brand demand are evaluated separately; exclusions follow the offer you actually provide.
Value before revenue signals
Project potential, margin bands, availability and returns change budget decisions. A high ROAS alone cannot show whether a worthwhile contribution remains after product costs, servicing and advertising spend.
Sales outcomes before form counts
Shared criteria distinguish new enquiries, qualified opportunities and won orders. Rejection reasons and response times indicate where the campaign, offer or handover needs closer examination.
Four stages, one shared data model
We design around how you actually sell. Responsibilities, access and verifiable checkpoints are agreed before automation or a budget increase can be assessed sensibly.
- 01
Clarify intent and economics
We map search patterns, offers and audiences. For B2B, we define qualification criteria and the sales cycle; for stores, we examine product data, stock and margin bands. Budget limits and value definitions are agreed together.
Output: an intent matrix and agreed evaluation rules. - 02
Structure Search, Shopping and PMax
Search matches specific intent with relevant landing pages. Shopping requires a suitable product feed. PMax is assessed against conversion signals, the product range and control requirements, not as a universal replacement for Search. Search terms, exclusions and overlap are reviewed.
Output: a campaign plan with budget logic and review criteria. - 03
Qualify and route enquiries
A guided journey requests only necessary details about the need, application and timeframe. Routing rules, ownership and response deadlines lead into a defined CRM pipeline. Duplicates and unsuitable contacts follow transparent rules rather than receiving an automatic upgrade.
Output: field mapping, routing rules and CRM status definitions. - 04
Return permissible feedback
With authorisation, we assess offline conversions for appropriate statuses and values. Event timing, attribution, deduplication and corrections must be correct. Signals are tested only after technical and privacy checks; data volume and reporting delay limit what can be inferred.
Output: event mapping and a documented import test.
From a standalone channel to a connected system
An illustrative, conceptual before-and-after system comparison. The proposed states are not measured client results or a forecast of success.
| Area | Isolated setup | Proposed system state |
|---|---|---|
| Search intent | Different needs arrive on the same general page. | Campaigns and landing pages reflect the offer, application and purchase intent. |
| Commercial value | Revenue and click costs are compared without agreed cost definitions. | Values and segments use agreed margin, cost and returns rules. |
| Enquiry handover | Free text and an inbox determine routing and follow-up questions. | Necessary requirements, ownership and pipeline statuses are defined. |
| Feedback | Every form submission counts equally, regardless of the sales outcome. | Verified qualification signals can be returned where legally permissible. |
What the project should make verifiable
Three conceptual work modules with expected documentation. These are not client references, testimonials or previously demonstrated results.
Review search intent
A review module maps search terms to the offer and records justified exclusions alongside assumptions that remain open.
Review sales handover
A work module describes required fields, owners and how duplicates, rejections and missing information should be handled.
Review feedback
A review module maps events to permissible data fields and defines test cases for attribution and corrections.
Does this system fit your business?
Operational readiness and transparency matter, not artificial scarcity. We establish scope and prerequisites from your actual circumstances.
Good foundations
- You have a validated offer and a budget for a meaningful test.
- Your sales team can handle enquiries and maintain reliable qualification statuses.
- You can provide authorised access and clarify costs, data quality and privacy requirements.
Not a sensible approach yet
- You expect guaranteed orders or immediate profitability through automation alone.
- Enquiries go unanswered or nobody takes responsibility for CRM data maintenance.
- Margins and feedback must remain unclear, or consent requirements are to be bypassed.
Questions about Ads and CRM
Is PMax always the best choice?
No. PMax operates across channels and does not offer the same controls as Search. Goal quality, the product feed, budget and overlap determine suitability. Audience signals do not guarantee that only suitable users will be reached.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
Not automatically. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce are possible integrations that must be assessed first. APIs, permissions, licences and the data model determine feasibility. Changing CRM does not replace clear ownership.
Are offline conversions anonymous and always lawful?
No. They may contain personal or pseudonymised data; hashing is not anonymisation. Legal basis, consent, data minimisation, processor agreements and configuration require project-specific review. Server-side measurement supplements the browser, does not bypass refusal and does not capture every user.
Can reporting use profit rather than revenue?
Cost, contribution-margin or POAS reporting can be configured when reliable data is available. Product costs, net values, returns and other costs need agreed definitions. These signals are not automatic proof of profit.
Does the system guarantee qualified orders?
No. Competition, demand, price, availability and sales execution remain decisive. Attribution gaps and long sales cycles also limit measurement. We create verifiable structures, not guarantees of orders, leads or ROAS.
Free personal video audit
Submit your URL and email address. Qualification takes place in the existing wizard, with no preliminary sales call. Within one business day, you receive a response with a personally prepared video audit of your publicly accessible website or store.
Internal Ads accounts, CRM, margins, consent and tracking quality can only be assessed with authorisation, data access and technical checks. No automated video generation and no pressure to sign.
